(RIVER GLADE, NB – September 11th, 2021) – Zean Dutcher (Miramichi, NB) broke through at Petty International Raceway on Saturday evening to record his first Atlantic Modified Tour victory of the season. With the win, Dutcher becomes the seventh different winner in nine race on the season. Doug Matchett and Braxton Stafford joined the “Flyin’ 55” on the podium for a Miramichi sweep of the top three positions at the River Glade, New Brunswick track.
One caution slowed the 35-lap feature and both Travis Conroy (Miramichi, NB) and Joe Hoyt (Waasis, NB) were able to recover for top five finishes. Round Nine of the Atlantic Modified Tour took 15 minutes to complete. Heat races were won by Conroy and Stafford. Brody Levesque (Lincoln, NB) was the top rookie in the running order. Ten cars started the feature event.
