Atlantic Modified Tour Announces 2021 Schedule

(FREDERICTON, NB – March 9th, 2021) – The Atlantic Modified Tour is excited to unveil their 2021 schedule. The New Brunswick based tour, which enters its 19th season, will contest a total of 14 events from May to October with 12 of those contributing to the 2021 championship. The Atlantic Modified Tour will visit all four paved oval tracks in the Province of New Brunswick over their upcoming season.

MODIFIED CHAMPIONSHIP CLASH COMES TO MIRAMICHI SATURDAY

(FREDERICTON, NB – September 30th, 2020) – The Atlantic Modified Tour will crown their 2020 champion on Saturday afternoon at Speedway Miramichi in Miramichi, New Brunswick. The Keswick Kitchen Season Finale, a part of The Very Best Fall Shootout, will see the title change hands after a 35-lap feature on the North Shore oval. McCray Makes Another SpeedWeekend Sunday Moment; Wins Krown Rust Control 35

(FREDERICTON, NB – September 8th, 2020) – Yves McCray (Neguac, NB) raced to his second SpeedWeekend Sunday win in as many years with his victory in the Krown Rust Control 35 at Speedway 660. McCray, who drove to victory lane in the Labour Day Classic in 2019, started seventh in the 35-lap feature and took what would be the eventual lead from Zean Dutcher (Miramichi, NB) just past the halfway point in the race. The final restart with eight laps to go would see McCray pull away from point leader Logan Power (Riverview, NB) to not only snap Power’s win streak but put McCray into victory lane for the first time in 2020. The win is McCray’s seventh in his Atlantic Modified Tour career.
