(FREDERICTON, NB – September 8th, 2020) – Yves McCray (Neguac, NB) raced to his second SpeedWeekend Sunday win in as many years with his victory in the Krown Rust Control 35 at Speedway 660. McCray, who drove to victory lane in the Labour Day Classic in 2019, started seventh in the 35-lap feature and took what would be the eventual lead from Zean Dutcher (Miramichi, NB) just past the halfway point in the race. The final restart with eight laps to go would see McCray pull away from point leader Logan Power (Riverview, NB) to not only snap Power’s win streak but put McCray into victory lane for the first time in 2020. The win is McCray’s seventh in his Atlantic Modified Tour career.

(FREDERICTON, NB – September 3rd, 2020) – The Atlantic Modified Tour returns to Speedway 660 this Labour Day weekend as a part of SpeedWeekend 2020. The open wheel cars and stars will be participating in two races this weekend – a non point exhibition race on Friday night, the Bryn Enterprises 35, and the third of six Atlantic Modified Tour point races on Sunday afternoon, the Krown Rust Control 35. Over a dozen drivers are expected to compete in the SpeedWeekend Sunday event. Racing begins on Friday evening, September 4th at 8pm while the Sunday, September 6th show is an afternoon one with racing slated for 2pm.
